I
can feel the change in my mental realm. I am still driven by my emotions and, but my
reactions are not governed by emotions. I can observe the mental pattern of my
own thinking. It sounds ridiculous sometimes. How I hold a useless thought such
as grudge or anger in the present mental bin and keep increasing the content subconsciously.
I am operating from the subconscious mind for most of the time. I can see that clearly.
However, the biggest change is that I can talk to my self and see those
reactions and thoughts as useless. I can tell my self that how its not appropriate
to think like that. Lot’s of emotional garbage and drama have been reduced.
I can see that all those stupid thoughts which gets generated to
create a drama. I can handle now better. It’s a peace within matters.
Few years back, I realized about pop-up thoughts. Now I understood that there are thought bin in
the present mind which we keep alive. These works as a pop up when external
data matches with the content of the internal bin. These bins content are majority
current happenings. We classify them depending on the present situation and
store them on temporary basis. If there are too many negative bins created, then
it internalizes or materializes similar feelings. Which type of bin are we holding?
With time, we develop habits to hold positive or negative bins and
it determines our self-esteem.
What’s next in my self-improvement and self-realization journey. Be aware of these bins and make it neither
positive nor negative bin. Keep it as a neutral bin so that nothing materializes
in to emotional pain or pleasure. Everything is temporary. All these bins have
to be temporary to empty every day and use it for practical purpose.
